When you join a vanpool you may be eligible to receive a subsidy from the ABC TMA of $220.00 over six months. A vanpool provides its riders reduced stress, increased free time, a quicker commute, and a healthier environment. Vanpools currently travel into Boston from New Hampshire, Cape Cod, and Western Massachusetts.
How does the Subsidy Work?
First we match you with vanpool from your area, then we reduce the cost of the monthly fare for a six month period. You will receive $50 for months one and two, $35 for months three and four, and $25 for months five and six. This adds up to a total savings of $220.00 for you when you join. This is in addition to the money you will already be saving on gas, tolls, insurance and parking just by joining the vanpool.

Who Is Eligible?
Any employee or tenant of an ABC TMA member company (link to member list), and who is currently driving alone one day a week or more, is eligible to join.
Worried you will need your car in case of an emergency or overtime?
When you register in the Express Yourself program you will be eligible to receive a free ride home in case of an emergency or unscheduled overtime through the ABC TMA's Guaranteed Ride Home program. No more having to worry about the school calling you to pick up a sick child or having to wait for the midnight train after working late to finish your boss's report.
